Tampa Riverwalk is a pedestrian trail along the beautiful Hillsborough River. The meandering walkway travels alongside the Tampa Arts District and includes Curtis Hixon Park, MacDill Park, the Tampa Museum of Art, Glazer Children’s Museum, Rivergate Tower and the Florida Museum of Photographic Arts. It extends from the Channelside District to Tampa Heights at the Water Works Park.

When complete it will be a continuous path of 2.4 miles. Construction began in 2004. Tampa Mayor Pam Iorio was a driving force behind the project and Mayor Bob Buckhorn has continued to champion the popular project.

Riverwalk features bronze sculptures of prominent figures from the rich history of Tampa. Look across the river for the distinctive minarets of the University of Tampa and Lafayette Street Draw Bridge, which was dedicated in 1914 – it connects what is now Kennedy Boulevard to both shores of the river. You may see one of the many crew clubs rowing in the river or the seawall murals left by collegiate teams from around the nation.

The 36"x24" (includes 2" border) archival giclée is printed by a local atelier on acid-free watercolor paper and features rich, saturated colors, deep dark tones, and finely nuanced details. Each museum quality print is inspected and approved by Tim Boatright before being signed and sealed with his embossed artist’s “chop.”

Please note: each piece is printed to order and may take up to three weeks to ship. The print is ready for framing.
